Structure of Qualifications
The suite of sales qualifications are designed to suit all levels of experience and knowledge, from brand new entrants to the sales environment to senior sales managers and account handlers.
Like all QCF awards, the qualifications are made up of a mix of mandatory and optional units and are designed to cover all sales roles – external and internal sales activities, telesales and supervision and management.
We provide a flexible and pragmatic approach. We understand the pressures of the modern sales environment, and we structure the assessment process around the needs of the individual. Assessments can be carried out in the workplace, on site or at the customers’ premises, and we can cover any UK geographic area.
Learners receive a comprehensive induction with a full analysis of current skill levels
Learners are seen monthly by appointment and will work with a qualified assessor with wide experience of the roles of a salesperson
Email and telephone contact supports the learning process
Typically, a level 2 award will take about six months to complete while a level 3 and 4 will take between six months and a year, but the timescale is flexible to take into account learners job role and circumstances.
Costs and Funding
The qualifications have the potential for funding depending upon the learners employment and relative experience. We will be pleased to advise on an individual basis. There is also an apprenticeship pathway to qualification achievement, and, again we will be pleased to give advice and guidance as appropriate.
