Structure of Qualifications

This suite of awards is designed to meet the needs of learners right across the service industry, from complete beginners to senior managers.

The qualifications are available from Level 2 to Level 4, and are based on a series of mandatory and optional units.
The optional units allow the employer and learner to custom build a qualification that is right in line with the needs of the business and individual.

The Programme

We provide a flexible and pragmatic approach. We understand the pressures of the modern work environment, and we structure the assessment process around the needs of the individual. Assessments can be carried out in the workplace, on site or at the customers’ premises, and we can cover any UK geographic area.

Learners receive a comprehensive induction with a full analysis of current skill levels
Learners are seen monthly by appointment and will work with a qualified assessor with wide experience of the qualification
Email and telephone contact supports the learning process
Timescales

Typically, a level 2 award will take about six months to complete while a level 3 and 4 will take between six months and a year, but the timescale is flexible to take into account learners job role and circumstances.

Costs and Funding

The qualifications have the potential for funding depending upon the learners’ employment and relative experience. We will be pleased to advise on an individual basis. There is also an apprenticeship pathway to qualification achievement, and, again we will be pleased to give advice and guidance as appropriate.
