Mentoring and Coaching

We provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring. Both individuals and their organisations have found this to be valuable in developing skills and changing behaviour.

In coaching, aims and objectives are identified and set in conjunction with the organisation and the individual. Our associates work in partnership with the individual over a defined number of sessions, with reviews built in to the process.

Following review, the partnership can be extended to aid further development, with new aims and objectives being set, or alternatively, the relationship is brought to a close with an evaluation of the identified outcomes.
