Most of our work is based in the North West. However, we do have some contracts which take us to other parts of the country. The organisations we work with vary considerably, from independent Nursing and Residential Homes to Domiciliary Care providers and Personal Assistants from large voluntary organisations to Local Authorities. We also work with a number of funding agencies for example, Skills Funding Agency, European Social Fund, Local Authorities, Business Link, and Skills for Care.

We are delighted with the fantastic feedback from both our learners and employers who were surveyed by the SFA under Framework for Excellence.

94% of learners would recommend us. An outstanding result.

Learners report they are very well supported and get the help they need from assessors who respect them.

Employers reported significant business and service benefits from training we deliver. They thought we were excellent at understanding their needs and delivered a high quality service.

We are overwhelmed to learn that 99% of our employers would highly recommend our service to other care providers.
